Engineering at AMT is comprised of several disciplines such as:

  • Methods Engineering

Each of these segments are utilized daily for our internal manufacturing needs, as well as offered to our customers for engineering only or complete design and build services.

The latest release of Solidworks 3D modeling and drafting software is used for all current engineering. We also utilize Draftsight for any 2D AutoCAD files. We can open and work with nearly every CAD file format.

Flexible Options

AMT offers flexible billing options for Engineering Design services that include fixed scope proposals or a per hour basis.

Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Reducing manufacturing costs starts in design. AMT engages our customers early in the process to assist engineers and designers in making critical decisions that impact cost and schedule.

Complimentary Services

In many cases, AMT offers limited design services without direct cost but as a value added service, included free of charge, with the purchase of manufacturing services.
